\xc2\xb7 Prepare transport documentations bookings with shipping line and B/L documentation.\xc2\xb7 Generating, submission and booking bagging orders for manipulation.\xc2\xb7 Manage customer and vendor complaints.\xc2\xb7 Daily interactions with customers and vendors on shipment status.\xc2\xb7 Oversee and manage the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with finance and other relevant departments to streamline invoicing activities.Job Requirements:\xc2\xb7 GCE \'O\' level and/or Diploma in relevant discipline\xc2\xb7 Min. 3 years of relevant experience in Third-party logistics (3PL) / Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry\xc2\xb7 Proven knowledge of ocean freight shipment documentation & processes (MSDS, DGD, B/L) and legislation (DOT CFR 49, IMDG, FMC, INCOTERMS)\xc2\xb7 Customer focused and a great team player who can work independently\xc2\xb7 Experience in inventory management with strong administrative skills\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in SAP order processing and proficient in Microsoft OfficeIf you encounter difficulties, please for technical assistance.Best viewed with Internet Explorer 8 or higher, Chrome 30 or higher and Firefox 10 or higher
