Handle all telephone/email enquiries for airfreight, ocean freight, land transport
Prepare/follow up rates quotations, propose and RFQ/RFP to customers to improve the hit rate
Build relationship with customers and identify areas of growth with the existing customers to improve customer experience and satisfaction
High learning agility in analyzing customers' shipment pattern and deep dive into issues related to the performance of shipment
Experience in handling procurement for the company
Handle customer complaints/disputes
Work with sales managers to create and implement targeted sales strategies
Prepare reports for business reviews
Take care of air freight export/ import shipments from contact shipper. booking, follow up, input system, send pre-alert, billing all the way until case close.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of related experience in the Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry
Knowledge in both Sea Freight & Air Freight will be added advantage
Pleasant personality with positive working attitude
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multi-task, work independently and handle high volume of transactions in a fast paced environment
Consistent work deliverables and able to work on a long term basis with a view to career development in company
