Responsibilities Main Responsibilities: . Liaise with company customers through phone, e-mail and in person . Maintain superior customer relations . Manage customer scheduling of projects . Coordinate project tracking . Variety of administrative duties including filing, faxing, photocopying, on-line administration . Verifying information on on-going projects . Handling other duties promoting the achievement of customer service and business goals including internal sales . Assist Sales with quote creations proforma invoice and debtor follow up . Overall customer communications for the lab . Gather customer feedback Requirements QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE : a) Posses at Degree in Science b) Have at least minimum of 1 years working experience.
