Job Description


Job Responsibilities Execute and manage the full vacant possession (VP) processes from the preparation (before VP) to key collection. Brief the customers on the handover process including the registration of customers in the Handover Vacant Possession (VP) Apps, handover of property, checklist, and the handover kit. Attend to the owner for the property handover of the vacant possession (VP). Coordinate defects rectification works to ensure all defects filed are rectified in timely manner. Responding promptly to customer inquiries and feedback in tactful and timely manner. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints moderately and politely. Communicating with customers through various channels. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Ensure all records, data, and information are recorded and filed up to date. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Other assignments/tasks/duties as assigned by superior. Requirements Possess a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent with minimum 2-3 years\' experience in branded hotel or property development industry. A team player, result-driven, self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work under pressure. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written. Mandarin is an added advantage. Dynamic, independent, reliable and responsible. Good communication skill. Multi-tasking & with a good sense of urgency. Have an eye for details. Dress professionally.
