JOB DESCRIPTION
To be the first line contact for customers by handling inbound telephone calls, facsimile and email from customers, providing information to customers with regard to general and product inquiries as well as understanding customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs, identify issues and provide solutions to customers
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Each agent will ensure that each call is handled in a way that contributes to the overall customer satisfaction and increases customer loyalty - We are an award winning contact center that operates 24 by 7 supporting both local & international market - This is strictly a shift position - This is a 1 year contract position with possibility of absorption to full fledge employment upon performance review

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Honour\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Diploma or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized University - Minimum of two (2) years of Contact Centre customer service experience is an added advantage - Language capability: Excellent in English & Bahasa Melayu (spoken & written) - IT savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - Good problem-solving skills - Good team player - Must be able to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
