Job Description
Position : Customer Service Executive
Working Location : Batu Berendam, Melaka
Working hours & days : Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Salary range : RM 4500.00 - RM 5000 (Based on experience)
Job Responsibilities * Assist the Customer Support and Supply Manager in implementation of new customer contracts, management of existing customer accounts in a customer service role, management of all administration tasks connected with the logistical supply into Malaysian customers including any customs requirements, administration management of contracts - producing certificates, labels, picking lists etc., management of all external suppliers, including the recording and management of payment instruction and customs/tax queries when required.
- Focus on customer service and make suggestions to the Customer Support and Supply Manager on improvements that can be made
- Regular reporting of customer activity to our HQ in UK
- Any other duties that may be required as they arise
- Must have customer service and administration experience at least 1 year
- IT literate
- Flexible and adaptable towards challenges
- Problem solving skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in Malay and English (Spoken and written)
- Able to work independently
- Experience in Aerospace industry will be an advantage
- Bachelor\'s degree in relevant subject an advantage
