Job Description

: 1) Ensure that order fulfillment is carried out efficiently and accurately 2) Attend customer enquiries, complaints and process sales orders efficiently 3) Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, and sales departments accordingly to ensure smooth operation 4) Monitor customer outstanding order and stock inventory. Provide status update on inventory to sales team or Logistic Manager on regular basis. 5) Perform ad-hoc projects or duties as and when necessary. Job Requirements: 1) Candidate must possess at least higher secondary/ STPM or Diploma in any field 2) Preferably of 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
