Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our customer service team. The Customer Service Representative will provide support to our customers via Whatsapp, FB messenger, phone, and email, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a report to company system
  • Process customer orders
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Continuously improve customer service by identifying issuse for improvement and providing feedback
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, if required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
