Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our customer service team. The Customer Service Representative will provide support to our customers via Whatsapp, FB messenger, phone, and email, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a report to company system
Process customer orders
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Continuously improve customer service by identifying issuse for improvement and providing feedback
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills
Demonstrated customer service experience
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, if required
