: 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Assist the Sales team in preparation of Quotations, follow up on enquiries or complaints. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	To efficiently providing efficient customer service by advising delivery status, order status and etc. as per standard set by the company. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Able to work independently in collaborating with factory and overseas customers regarding shipment/order and complaints. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested 
\xe2\x80\xa2	To work with sales department in achieving targeted monthly invoice sales set by management. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	To ensure proper documentation filing for reference when required. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	To log in customer orders by ensuring proper documentation & margins within the same working day. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	To check & review on all sales order, delivery arrangement and billing comply with company policy.
