• Possess excellent understanding and communication and interpersonal skills (Mandarin and English), able to express information clearly.
• Work 6 days and 8 hours a week. Our company refuses to work overtime and gets off work on time every day. Company never disturb you after get off work
• Accepting a shift system, you must work night shifts and have one day off every week. Flexible shift work allows you to arrange your personal time to avoid busy periods.
• Proficient in using Microsoft 365 Office, Skype, Google Drive, and working in a high-end office building (Solaris Mont Kiara) will give you the face and confidence to use the same equipment and experience as international companies.
• SPM graduates are welcome to join us. Those who can start working immediately will be given priority. Graduates or those with customer service experience will be given priority.
• The job has no KPI performance requirements and no sales skills. Just reply to the question.
• We prioritize candidates with experience working with B2B client teams.

Responsibilities

• You will provide day-to-day global service and support to the company\'s internal and external customers by handling IT requests and providing IT support via email/Skype or other communication tools.
• You will be working closely with international clients, you will be required to write and speak in both Mandarin and English. Fluency in English is essential for internal communication with international colleagues.
