Customer Service Executive - Front Desk/ Recreation JOB SUMMARY:
Ensure operations at Estuari Sports Center smooth by having daily contact with the customer that comes to the premise. Encompass range of customer-oriented tasks by including handling complaint about a product or service by providing customers with the information.
MAIN DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain good customers relationships through proactive communication and action to fulfil client expectation
Establish and maintain effective relationships with all staff, the membership population and the public
Promote teamwork and cooperative effort
Promote the highest level of customer service at all levels
Providing information about service facilities offered at Estuari Sports Centre
Handling enquiries by telephone or email
Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of inputting customer data
Handle administrative duties
Liaise with providing support to other team members, department and offices as may be required
Carry out any other task within the customer service team, at the request of the manager in charge
Ensure the front desk well prepared and tidy
Making sure that customer users follow and get information about the safety and service facilities guidelines
Exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service and accurate information
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/\xe2\x80\x9d or Diploma/Professional
Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably from the Call Centre, and customer service environment
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Polite and approachable manner
Strong interpersonal skills with customer & sales service.
Knowledge in other languages Mandarin, Korean will be an added advantage
