REQUIREMENT:

• Prior outbound dialing experience, preferably in a call centre or telesales environment with 1 year experience
• Minimum education qualification: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or its equivalent
• Comfortable meeting production goals in a deadline-driven environment
• High English fluency
• Able to work well in a team
• Willing to work on a night shift: 12:00 am \xe2\x80\x93 9:00 am / 1:00 am \xe2\x80\x93 10:00 am
• Excellent phone outreach and cold calling abilities
• Superb organizational and motivational abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling a high volume of primarily outbound phone calls while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service to our clients.
• Performing a minimum number of transfers per day to available agents.
• Contacting prospective clients to generate interest in our mortgage products primarily through our outbound dialer, but also through direct dialing.
• Communicating effectively over the phone with the ability to escalate customer complaints and concerns to appropriate departments.
• Multi-tasking effectively by speaking and entering client data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
• Working directly with our US Junior and Senior bankers by providing a clean and professional handoff over the phone.
• Overcoming the initial objections that consumers will have.
• Peaking interest in our loan products.
• Exceeding our Key Performance Indicators that will be managed through our call center management team.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM3,000.00 per month Schedule:
