Job Description
: * Perform customer need profiling and identify selling opportunities * Promote and cross sell investment, insurance and Lifestyle products and refer potential loan customers to Personal Banker/Personal Financial Manager (PB/PF : Perform customer need profiling and identify selling opportunities Promote and cross sell investment, insurance and Lifestyle products and refer potential loan customers to Personal Banker/Personal Financial Manager (PB/PFM) Proactively manage and build long term customer relationship Perform account opening and provide sales support to PB/PFM Qualifications Has at least 1 year working experience in customer related sales Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels Able to work independently with minimal supervision Team player with the ability to demonstrate good teamwork amongst colleagues Self-motivated, dedicated, commited to deliver results Possess a positive attitude, initiative, responsive and takes ownership of issues
