Job Description

1.1 Ensure timely processing activities such as cusstomers demand booking and reschedule, timely shipment and billing and status update to customers.
1.2 Process customers PO and make buffer plan for customers bassed on forecast.
1.3 Liaise closely with internal operation to achieve customer satisfaction-prompt delivery and feedback.
1.4 Prepare monthly forecast and shipment estimation.
1.5 To complete the duties assign by the management as and when required
1.6 Maintain up to date price list and liasing with cutomers on any matters relating to the processing of sales documents and other relavant documents
1.7 Prepare sales reports
1.8 Work together with other sales team
1.9 Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations
2.0 Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
