**APPLICANT MUST ATTACHED OWN RESUME NOT MYFUTREJOBS PROFILE** Position: Customer Service Executive (1 year contract) Your Task: Communication - Serves as first point of contact for designated customers. Maintains relationships with internal and external customers. Customer enquiry - Prepares offers and cost, communicate delivery dates, logistic information and payment/ delivery conditions with the responsible interface departments such as production planning, production, shipment, and quality. Customer forecasts and orders processing - Maintains data of customer forecasts in SAP, monitors and analyses data, informs sales managers and planning in case of deviations. Creates customer orders in SAP and confirms orders in a timely manner. . Customer complaints - Handles customer complaints, in cooperation with internal Quality Assurance Team, ensures their completion in due time, prepares credit/debit notes, return process or initiates appropriate replacement deliveries after consultation with supervisor. Sales Support - Supports sales with credit worthiness of new potentials. Supports in the development of supply and quality agreements and completion of customer questionnaires. Supply Chain Concepts and Standardization - Analyzes gaps in link with internal flows for supply chain. Your Qualifications: Minimum a Degree Mandarin Speaker is an added advantage Fresh Graduates or candidates with experience in customer service are encourage to apply Practice substantial personal responsibility and autonomy Able to works under general direction within a clear framework
