Bubble Gum X now has more than 20 branches throughout Malaysia.

We are looking for individuals who are interested, diligent, disciplined and want to learn to join our team to work at Bubble Gum X!

TRAINING AND HOSTEL WILL BE PROVIDED!

Requirements :
1. Willing to work at Shah Alam.
2. Able to travel when necessary.

Responsibilities :
1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat (Mostly to contact customer to get feedback.
2. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
3. Work with internal departments to meet customer\'s needs.
4. Respond to customers through social media, hotline on enquiries, complaints.
5. To manage and respond to all four brands (WAX, LASH, NAILS & X-THETIC).
6. To perform any other task assigned by management as and when required.

Qualifications :
1. SPM, at least 1-2 years working experience in related field is required.
2. Fresh graduates is encouraged to apply.
3. Good English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is an additional advantage.
4. Good computer skills and meticulous with details.
5. Has a pleasant disposition and clear intonation over the telephone.
6. Able to work in fast paced environment, independent, customer focused, result oriented & disciplined.
7. Possess own transport, willing to work at Shah Alam.
8. Can start immediately would be an added advantage.
