Chrisjac Recruitment are currently seeking a capable Customer Service professional for an established direct selling company who are pioneer in health and nutritional products across the Asia-Pacific region. The position of Customer Service Executive will be based at their corporate head office in Petaling Jaya. About the job As a Customer Service Executive, you will be required to provide a professional and courteous service to all distributors and direct customers. Duties and Responsibilities Manage service counter operations and interface with external and internal customers; handle queries from customers on back office matters.
Handling daily orders and handle cash and all methods of payment from walk-in customers.
Liaise and coordinate with customers and courier service provider on delivery of products.
Provide information and advice on products, promotions and marketing activities.
Maintain complete and accurate records of all customers queries to ensure continuity of service.
The candidate
Female preferred; age 25-35; Outgoing personality.
Minimum Diploma level qualification in Marketing, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Business or any other disciplines are most welcome.
3-5 years of relevant experience in customer service role at supervisory level, especially in healthcare industry; experience in the MLM industry will be an asset.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English plus conversant in BM, Chinese dialects/Mandarin.
Mandarin speaking is highly desirable as this role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking customers.
