Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office
Experience with WMS is a plus.
Ability to work in a team and lead team member.

Process orders, track shipments, and manage delivery schedules.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with sales and operation teams to fulfil customer orders accurately and on time.
