  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing information about products and services
  • Custodian of company product selling system to ensure well-operation and after sales service assistance xe2x80xa2 Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior
  • Assist the immediate superior with various projects, including research, data sorting, and report preparation
  • Perform other administrative and support duties as required to assist the immediate superior and the organization.
