Position : Customer Service Executive Work location : Petaling Jaya, Selangor Industry : Paper Merchant Company (Printing, Packaging, Publishing and stationery) Salary range : RM 2,500 \xe2\x80\x93 RM 3,500 Responsibilities:
To attend customers enquiries and handle customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaints to ensure complaints are promptly addressed within the departmental service standards.
To coordinate with Company sales personnel and Customer.
Process Delivery Order, Invoice, Credit Note and ensure that the delivery to customer is on time.
To support the company in ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
Min SPM or diploma with 1-2 years related experience.
Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
Able to communicate well with different levels of people.
Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin.
Must be computer literate.
