Job Description

JOB SCOPE:

  • Handling inbound calls/emails/live chat regarding customer\'s general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues related to the company\'s products
  • Act as first contact person for technical issues inquiries.
  • Assist customers regarding any technical issues and provide excellent technical assistance for the customers (remote troubleshooting).
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full Training Provided
  • Able to work on rotational shift
***Able to speak & write in Mandarin is an added advantage SALARY PACKAGE:
  • Basic Salary: RM2,300 + RM 900 (additional allowance)
  • Language Allowance: RM800 (Mandarin - Read & write)
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month Benefits:
