Handling inbound calls/emails/live chat regarding customer\'s general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues related to the company\'s products
Act as first contact person for technical issues inquiries.
Assist customers regarding any technical issues and provide excellent technical assistance for the customers (remote troubleshooting).
REQUIREMENTS:
Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full Training Provided
Able to work on rotational shift
