Job Description
Position : Customer Service Executive Work location : Petaling Jaya, Selangor Industry : Paper Merchant Company (Printing, Packaging, Publishing and stationery) Salary range : RM 2,500 \xe2\x80\x93 RM 3,500 Responsibilities:
- To attend customers enquiries and handle customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaints to ensure complaints are promptly addressed within the departmental service standards.
- To coordinate with Company sales personnel and Customer.
- Process Delivery Order, Invoice, Credit Note and ensure that the delivery to customer is on time.
- To support the company in ad-hoc tasks.
- Min SPM or diploma with 1-2 years related experience.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Able to communicate well with different levels of people.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin.
- Must be computer literate.
