Customer Service Executive

Job Description


  • Attend to customer\xe2\x80\x99s enquiries / request and feedback to ensure customer\xe2\x80\x99s KPI are met.
  • To coordinate and monitor for import & export shipments, transportations, and custom clearance
  • Updating necessary information in our integrated logistics system.
  • Liaise with sales and operations division on the delivery schedule to ensure delivery is on time.
  • Work out with customer and warehouse personnel on stock discrepancies issues and other issue arise.
  • Report updating for delivery status based on customer\xe2\x80\x99s preferences and monthly sales report for sales and marketing team.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Supply Chain / Transportation / Business Management or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to adapt to company systems for daily operations and communications.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Working hours:
  • Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday 9:00am - 5.00pm
  • Alternate Saturday 9:00am \xe2\x80\x93 1.00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,400.00 per month Benefits:
