  • \'Worried-not\' about going door-to-door, or distribute flyers/brochures in public! \'We got you covered\' with a list of potential clients on our database!
  • Closing sales (leads are provided)
  • Drive revenue and achieve sales targets
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information pertaining to client queries.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain good collection payment from client
  • Implement action plans (make regular calls/visits, sales presentation, etc.) for assigned businesses/territories
  • Keep records of necessary customer interactions and enter all information required into the company database and official WA group chats.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out timeline.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
  • At least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field .
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in sales or related field .
  • Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skill .
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be added advantage (But not compulsory)
  • Computer literacy with practical experience in MS Office.
  • Willing to travel. Possess own transport (car) & valid driving license
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU ARE:
  • Experience in corporate sales will be an extra advantage.
  • Possess good interpersonal skill & strong communication.
  • Good appearance and presentable.
