  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in tri-lingual are preferred.
  • Familiar in handling multiple business social media accounts.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or aesthetic clinic would be an advantage.

Working Hours
  • 10am - 7pm (Mon - Fri)
  • 9am - 6pm (Sat)
  • Sun & PH off
Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Relaying extensive product information to customers through email, social media, and by phone.
  • Schedule appointments for clients and coordinate with staff members to ensure smooth operation of the clinic
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our system
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development by company to improve customer service skills and knowledge of aesthetic services.
  • Ask customer and writing reports based on customer feedback on products and services.
