LOCATION: - Symphony House Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (accessible by LRT Ara Damansara Station -10mins walking) - FREE shuttle service transport from LRT station to Office based on selected schedule JOB SCOPE: - Attending to inbound calls, live chats and emails. - Respond to customers\' general queries, complaints/feedbacks in a timely and accurate way. - Assist and resolve customers\' inquiries if they have an issue. - Manage customer complaints and feedbacks accordingly.
