  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as roles requires candidate to deal with Mandarin contents.
  • Energetic, hard-working, and attentive personality.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good team player with creative mindset to contribute idea across department and company.
  • Prefer candidate that can start work immediately.
  • Candidate must be willing to work at Shah Alam/Klang. (Own transport)
  • Effective customer handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess E-commerce and Logistic knowledge is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Responsibilities
  • To handle customer enquiries
  • Prompt resolution of customer enquiries
  • Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time by management.
