JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and handle all customer parts queries, process orders, monitor payments, claims, and deliveries/shipping.
- Order planning, stock replenishment, and placing orders with factories & suppliers
- Communication with overseas Suppliers to ensure prompt delivery
- Communication with forwarders for timely import clearance and deliveries
- Handle and resolve customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaints and ensure timely feedback to internal and external customers/branches
- Undertakes any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required
- Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English
- Min 2-3 years related working experience
- Self-motivated, independent, possess initiative and willingness to learn
- Have good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Require skills \xe2\x80\x93 Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills.
- Candidate must possess at least an STPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.
