Employment Type: 6 Months Contract (Renewable / Convertible to Permanent, based on performance) 
 
 
 
Basic Salary: RM 2,500

Job Details: 
 
- Responsible to handle incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries on products and services. 
 
- Identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. 
 
- Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services. 
 
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile. 
 
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way 
 
- Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level. 
 
 
 
Job Requirements: 
 
- SPM with 5 years/Diploma with 2 years of working experience in a call center, handling inbound calls. 
 
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written is a must. 
 
- Fresh Graduates (Degree/Master) are encouraged to apply. 
 
- Applicant(s) must be able to start work immediately and to be based in Kuala Lumpur. 
 
- Applicant(s) must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
