- Familiar with social media and able to answer online enquiries.
- Provide satisfactory service to customers, introduce the services offered by the company, make customers aware of our value, emphasize the importance of maintaining health for continued well-being and assist in encouraging customers to entrust their health to us.
- Generate invoices for customer and collect payment.
- Compilation of sales data.
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
- Handle back up for assessment records.
- Filing of customer profile and schedule appointments.
- To participate in various marketing activities such as in house event.
- To keep records of all interactions with customers and follow up on customer enquiries and feedback.
- To maintain cleanliness, equipment and environment of common areas.
- Ad hoc task assigned by the superior.
