Job Description


  • Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9-6pm / Sat 9-1 pm (Sat - can work from home)
  • Team player
  • Able to follow and monitor outstanding issue
  • Able to communicate with customers
Responsibilities
  • Follow up all freight booking and delivery schedule
  • Liaise closely with internal teams
  • Update timely scheduling to customer
  • Followup with agent, shipping lines, airlines and update schedule promptly
  • Liaise with internal warehouse teams and external customers
  • Monitor and following up with freight booking, arrange delivery schedule
  • Up to date with all documentations such as permits/arrival notice
