Aufgabe

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Provide pre-sales and post-sales interface with customers either by telephone, emails or face to face
  • - Collate, verify and evaluate all test samples related information in accordance to test specification
  • - Coordinate and communicate with customers and operations on test schedules, test samples delivery and collection
  • - Monitor and track workflow to meet customer's timeframes and committed test schedules
  • - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle and resolve customer complaints
  • - Work closely with Sales Administration for the process of the L&Q till job is closed. Monitor payment status upon releasing of test reports
  • - Plan and estimation of job closings monthly.
  • - Manage and monitor issuance of quotations, invoices and test reports to customers (inclusive of SAP systems)
  • - Manage overall sales and operation administration works.
Qualifikation
  • Key Requirements:
  • - Degree or Diploma in any field
  • - Preferably with minimum 2 years of working experience
  • - Must possess own transport and willing to travel
  • - Good command of written and verbal English
  • - Fast learner, customer-oriented and proactive attitude are essential qualities
Required Experience:

Professionals 3 - 5 years of experience
