Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages all customers enquiries that comes in through different channels (Social Media Channels, email, phone etc), by responding promptly, recommending and upselling to encourage more sales.
- Patient in solving customers issues and queries.
- Keep up to date with company products\xe2\x80\x99 information, upcoming events, promotions and relaying that information to customers as needed.
- Conducting surveys and writing reports based on customer feedback on products and services.
