Responsibilities:

  • Anchor between customer, sales & interdepartmental in whole supply chain team
  • Raise ticket for new order
  • Ensure OA issued to customer are correct and able to fulfill on time (work with procurement & logistics)
  • OA customer and order receive acknowledgement to customer within KPI timeline
  • Ensure to issue pick list, Invoice, CN (when Necessary) on time & write off
  • Ensure customer delivery date are accurately maintain in system anytime & ensure on time delivery, ship and bill
on time
  • Provide weekly backlog report to Premier Customer
  • Follow up promptly open order (future delivery) with procurement or division for SD, provide root caused on all
failed delivery
  • Provide monthly sales forecast to team lead and weekly review by every Wednesday morning before 9am,
ensure own product group are on target, drive individual own product group
  • Work with Logistics for shipment availability & promptly follow up POD and billing
  • Issue CI on time to customer for KLIA/JAS \xe2\x80\x93 EX-airport
  • Follow up on PO revision from customer and re-educate customer on E-tops ordering
  • Answer mainline call (once a week)
  • Ensure communication to customer timely, raise and suggest to team lead for any customer issue, get help from
procurement if escalation required, handle complaint in proper chain
  • Any new challenges for any new tasks / projects been assign


Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any related field.
  • 2 years working experience in related fields.
  • Open for fresh graduate.
  • Able to start with short notice period.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy and fast paced environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Effective time management and ability prioritize workload
  • Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 both verbal and written
  • Can do will do attitude
