Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
Experience in Logistics / Cloud warehouse working background would be added advantage.
Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your duties will include:
Provide services to express customers and resolve user issues through call/chat/line/email and other service support.
Familiar with company service processes and standards (express pickup, distribution and other services).
Know customer needs and provide responses to customers accurately, concisely, efficiently, and friendly.
Put oneself in the position of the customer\'s needs and make a quick and correct response to retain every high-quality customer with first-class service.
Regularly record the solved and unsolved issues and discuss with colleagues and superiors to explore better solutions.
Participate in the regular meetings to report work and share work experience.
Working Days: 6 Days / Week (Monday to Saturday, Monday to Friday Onsite, Saturday WFH)
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM (1 Hour Lunch Break)
Working Location: Shah Alam or Puncak Alam
