Resolve customer complaints.
Develop policies and procedures and oversee the customer service processes.
Conduct surveys and compile reports based on customer feedback regarding products and services.
Ensure compliance with business regulations and take appropriate action when necessary.
Analyze internal operations to identify areas for process improvement.
Respond to client inquiries via email, social media, and telephone.
Provide comprehensive product information to customers.
Manage orders, inventory, and ensure timely delivery.
Proper filing system for customer records, including contact details, purchases, and billing information.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or any equivalent.
Candidate who has 1 year related working experience is an added advantage.
