Job Description

  • Must have 1 year of experience in handling calls regarding fiber troubleshoot.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a goal oriented environment.
  • Able to work during weekends, 5 days work per week.
  • Customer satisfaction orientation.
  • Training will be provided by the company.
Responsibilities
  • Attend to fiber inbound and outbound calls from customers, identify their technical, billing and product issues.
  • Attend to customers to resolve issues by providing the right solution or trouble shooting.
  • Provide excellent customer service handling and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain a relationship with our customers in a professional manner with an objective to fulfill their needs.
