Handle daily import and export shipment coordination (sea/air/land).
Communicate with customers, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
Update shipment status and documentation accurately in the
Asolute system
.
Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and other shipping-related documents.
Attend to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Liaise with operations and billing departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
Minimum
Diploma / Degree
in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
At least
1-2 years of experience
in freight forwarding or logistics (fresh graduates with internship experience may apply).
Familiar with Asolute system
or other logistics management software is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
