Customer Service Inbound (bangsar)

Job Description
Working Days: Must be able to work on Rotating Shift: Monday - Sunday, 5 days a week, rotational off days (2 off days)
- Candidate must possess at least a pass SPM - Compulsory
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Applicants must be willing to work in Melaka
- Possible to have own transportation
- No work experience is required. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Applicant with good communication skills is encouraged to apply
- To attend/answer incoming calls from customers, identify the problems and assist them in solving the problem by providing the right solution
- Follow up with the customer on pending cases
- Create a report in the system
