To Assist the Assistant Manager / Member Service Manager with supervision and administration in the Memeber Servicecs team.
To be the first point of contact for the MS staffs in assisting with queries and the first point of escalation for Members when necessary.
To monitor the daily operations and service quality provided by the MS team to ensure superior member services are provided to our Members, including but not limited to order processing, various inquiries, applications processing, record maintenance and administration & etc. along with a smooth overall operation.
Requirements:
Completed JLPT N1
Fresh graduate/ junior level experienced with Customer Service
Diploma/ Degree holder
Must be self- motivated and highly attentive to detail and follow up
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
