Responsibilities
Establish rapport and long-term relationships with customers while providing excellent customer service.
Accept customer inquiries about products and services.
Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, record detailed information of inquiries, complaints or comments, and be able to analyse different situations of customers and solve problems in a targeted manner.
Check to ensure that appropriate solutions have been made to solve the customer's problem.
Work well with sales and operations team.
Manage multiple customer contact channels to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide general operation and sales support.
Have team spirit and help each other with the team to complete the work together.
