- Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
- Immediate Joiners are preferred.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malay + English
- Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply - Full Training Provided
- Rotational shifts between 7:30 am to 6 pm
- Responsible for providing customer service support via incoming calls for brand\'s customers and to manage escalations.
- Managing and monitoring social medial platforms
- Replying email within TAT timeline
- Handling day to day escalation from customers.
- 5 days working
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Free Shuttle services will be provided from LRT TO Office.
