  • Enter data according to Standard Operating Procedure and respond to queries for information and access relevant files
  • Record information into UNIBIS/SAP/NFS and check completed work for accuracy
  • Proactively communicate with customer via email and keeping sensitive customer or company information confidential
  • Explore process improvement through Continuous Improvement initiative and process task timely and accurately to meet KPI
  • Handle request from customer/vendor & employee for multiple Countries \xe2\x80\x93 cross trained and manage different country
  • Drive process improvement initiative on Invoice Processing Process/Payment
Qualifications
  • Minimum with Diploma/ Degree in Finance/ Accounting related field or equivalent.
  • Proven data entry working experience.
  • Familiarity with MS Office.
  • Typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Attention to details and accuracy.
