Customer Service Officer Cum Admin

Job Description


1. Performs service consulting on customer\'s vehicles focusing on body and paint 2. Manages the repair process and liaise with service technician 3. Prepare and releases invoices 4. Carries out the vehicle handover 5. Promotes services and products such as car accessories and lifestyle products and observes the market. 6. General administration of all customer-related data and affairs 7. Ensures smooth cooperation between all interfaces (workshop and customer service) 8. Conducts follow-up calls 9. Receives customer demands regarding workshop appointments, customer complaints and price enquiries 10. Makes sure that all customer data are updated 11. Compile supplier invoices for payment processing 12. Assist in doing claims or reimbursement for customers or respective department 13. Prepare meeting minutes and or presentation slides when necessary 14. Submits daily collection reports to the account department. Requirement: 1. Has a driving license of class D/DA Preferably:
1. Automotive work experience Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
