Tanggungjawab 1. Communication with drivers: on-site and online registration in Maxim mobile app, helping them solve work related issues 2. Participation in promotional and branding campaigns outside of the office (distribution of advertising material, communication with potential partners of the company) 3. Processing requests and feedback from passengers and drivers after trips (online / via phone / on-site) 4. Service quality tracking.
