Job Description

  • Ability to quickly navigate through difficult situations and find non-standard solutions to problems;
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Sales \ Customer Service or Product Promotion.
Responsibilities
  • Online communication with drivers: registration in mobile application, solving current work issues;
  • Participation in promotional campaigns outside (distribution of advertising material, communication with potential partners of the company).
  • Processing requests and feedback from passengers and drivers after trips (online or on the phone \ face-to-face);
  • Tracking the quality of the provided service.
