Responsibilities
Online communication with drivers: registration in mobile application, solving current work issues;
Participation in promotional campaigns outside (distribution of advertising material, communication with potential partners of the company).
Processing requests and feedback from passengers and drivers after trips (online or on the phone \ face-to-face);
Tracking the quality of the provided service.
