Tanggungjawab Most of the working time will be related to: Communication with drivers: registering them in a mobile application, solving current work issues Processing requests and feedback from passengers and drivers after trips online or on the phone face-to-face Tracking the quality of the provided service Participation in promotional campaigns outside of the office (distribution of advertising material, communication with potential partners of the company).
