- Willing and able to work on shift - operation runs 24/7
- Willing to work in Kuching, Sarawak
- Able to start immediately has added advantage
- To handle 999 incoming calls from callers relating to emergency cases, with objective providing assistant as quickly as possible.
- To attend the 999 calls according to specified Response Centre practice and procedure.
- To work to agreed productivity and quality standards (e.g. log in time, talk time, accuracy)
- RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month including allowances & OT
