Coordinating and attending to all guest service operations and information requests from guests
Greet, receive, and bid farewell to guests in the front reception counter.
Collect payment from guests at the front reception counter before letting them enter the lounge.
Assist customers with their internet access requirements.
Arrange shower facility for customers.
Carry out regular checks of all areas of the lounge, such as food counter, shower room, toilet, internet area to ensure cleanliness and tidiness at all times and the functionality of all facilities.
Maintain the customer satisfaction level to Company\xe2\x80\x99s target(s) set from time to time and conduct continual improvement to achieve the highest customer satisfaction level.
Assist in handling ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Relevant experiences in hotel or hospitality is an advantage
Outgoing, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently and under pressure
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Be willing to perform shift work and work on weekends, Public Holidays with long-standing hours
