Benefits:

• Shift Allowance = RM9 per night shift
• Customer Service Allowance = RM150
• KPI Allowance = up to RM 300
• Language Allowance (Mandarin) = up to RM 600
• EPF and SOCSO contribution
• Must be able to work on shift basis (1 shift = 9.5 hours) (5 working days)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: SPM with 1 years call center experience
• Fresh Graduates (Diploma) or (Degree) are encouraged to apply
• Must be able to communicate and write well in English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
• Willing to on 24/7 rotation shift, 5 working days with 2 days off days in a week

s:

• Handling incoming calls and esquires from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers expectation
• Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure IT is close to satisfaction
• Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results and productivity
• To channel and escalate any unresolved issues / complains to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
• Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader
• Any other duties assigned by the team leader.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Melaka City.

Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month Benefits:
